By 2004, VonCannonRealEstate.com was pulling 80-90% of leads from her website.

In 2005, VonCannon asked Threshold Technologies to build another website, EstatesInVirginia.com, which is a site geared towards listing waterfront homes, horse farms, historical properties, and more.
